- Conduct detailed phone screens
- Contact references
- Send qualified resumes and profiles to client
- Notify rejected candidates
Phase 2
- Schedule telephone interviews with client
- Notify rejected candidates
Phase 3
- Coordinate personal interviews and all incoming candidate arrangements: transportation, lodging, etc.
- Receive notification from Hiring Manager with decision to hire candidate
- Begin on boarding process
- Post Quality Check Survey with client and candidates
