  • Implement the recruitment plan
  • Direct candidates to our Total Applicant Processing System (Total-APS)
  • Review resumes and predictive index assessments against Top Performer Profile
  • Conduct detailed phone screens
  • Contact references
  • Send qualified resumes and profiles to client
  • Notify rejected candidates

Phase 2

  • Schedule telephone interviews with client
  • Notify rejected candidates

Phase 3

  • Coordinate personal interviews and all incoming candidate arrangements:  transportation, lodging, etc.
  • Receive notification from Hiring Manager with decision to hire candidate
  • Begin on boarding process
  • Post Quality Check Survey with client and candidates
